In the case of Assyriska souvenirs, many people were involved in the development over the years and right now it´s Bobil Sharro who is responsible for the existence of attractive souvenirs for sale on the web.

You have been in Zelge Fans (Assyriska FF Fan Club) long and now you are responsible for souvenirs. Why have you chosen to work with Assyriska merchandise?
It's obvious that you should help when you have the opportunity to do so. Personally, I think it's important that we have great souvenirs for sale and felt that it was something I could be involved in developing. I'm interested in clothes and design and think it's fun to be with and develop Assyriska new collections.

What is it that determines the souvenirs that are ordered in?
-You have to be timely and find products that are inside right now, but that also works over the long term. We try to find a style that suits us, where we sometimes take influences from other sports clubs, but always based on what makes the Assyrian unique. Some products will be classy and can be used in any context, while other products have a strong symbolic value and is targeted more to "hardcore" fan. Then we try of course to the extent it is possible to have a wide selection of both girls and boys of all ages. If you want a wider range of souvenirs is the best way to support us by buying our products. The more souvenirs that our supporters are buying, more souvenirs we will be in order.

What is the big seller?
-By far the most popular product must be our black zip jacket with text "Assyriska" on the back. It has given us in order several times because it was so much demand and it is now unfortunately out of stock again.

And now you are launching an improved shop, how does it feel?
- Webshop is important for all supporters outside Södertälje and therefore it has been a priority project. It takes a lot of time to develop a new shop and get all the details and to maintain it every day, so therefore it feels very nice to finally be able to launch it.

Why a new shop?
-The development of the Internet is fast and now feels like the old version a bit outdated. People who buy things over the net looking for great service and the old version was not quite optimal. We also had some problems with payment solution and our supporters in the U.S. could not order souvenirs through the old web shop, but now we use PayPal and it works worldwide.

Is there anything else new that you offer?
-Many fans ask how you can make voluntary donations if you want to help the association and therefore, we have added such a feature in the new webshop. If you want the club such as to attract more good players so you can easily contribute a penny in any size (laughter). All must contribute what they feel.

What are some new souvenirs for input?
-Yes, some articles have already managed to come in and are already on sale, but we have more surprises coming. Keep your eyes open so you can find everything on the new webshop.
